As monday.com’s first in-house producer, part of the channels I own are use case productions. This entailed establishing a standardized guideline for all video use case productions, building a format and ensure the hightest standard of quality that could be replicated  regardless where these would be shot. 

Additionally, I sourced extensively all local production companies/ideal creative partners across the globe, leading negotiations and contracts, alignment with internal and external stakeholders, remotely supervising the production and frame approval, all the way to the finish line of post production.
